1. Achieving 100% collection target including purchase of paddy directly from farmers and rice from mill owners.

2. 40% increase in storage capacity of food warehouse.

3. To keep rice price stable in the market by selling rice at government fixed price in OMS sector.

4. Successful implementation of all programs under the social safety net.

5. Providing rice at 15/- kg for 05 months in a year by bringing 12,370 distressed, helpless and destitute families under food friendly programme.

6. The storage capacity of the warehouse is 01 to 1000 metric tons

7. Distribution of nutritional rice to VGD and food-friendly sectors.

8. Supply of rice for distribution among card holder households under TCB programme

9. Bringing and issuing licenses to local traders under 100% license.

10. Checking the market price including checking the price of haat-bazaar and commodity prices

11. Providing free rice to the poor under the guidance of the authorities on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Azha.
